Founded in 1990, our exclusive focus is the implementation and training of Microsoft Dynamics-GP and Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Our typical customer is between 2-20 users, 20-500 employees. We assign each customer a project team lead and customer care representative. Constant communication with and between these individuals ensures successful completion of implementation tasks within the necessary timeline and budget. Scheduling, support and training issues are routed through our help desk expeditor. Support is available on a 24/7 basis via onsite assistance, phone, email or remote dial-in access.
Our philosophy is very simple. We believe in building customer relationships and providing value. We will provide you with talented, certified professionals and a proven methodology that will meet and exceed your expectations. We sponsor free ongoing educational opportunities and client focus groups to provide our clients information about current and future products and evolving technologies impacting their business. We work with you to ensure that the investment you make in Microsoft Dynamics-GP or CRM meets the specific needs of your organization, both now and in the future.

Business Process Review
This initial phase of the implementation expands upon your
previously expressed requirements by performing specific
interviews of personnel and observation of business processes.
The objective is to define existing procedures and recommend
new business processes complimentary to the capabilities
of the proposed accounting solution. This information will
be referenced during the training and implementation phases
of the engagement, to ensure success in achieving your stated
objectives.

Project
Management
Key to the success of any business software implementation
is the planning and ongoing review of its different phases
and tasks. During the planning phase of the engagement, we
will prepare implementation planning documentation, consistent
with your stated requirements, detailing the specific tasks,
resources, responsibilities and due dates of the implementation.
We will meet with you and your designated team to agree on
an implementation timeframe achievable by all parties. Throughout
the engagement we will continue to monitor progress and make
changes as necessary to ensure that your targeted go-live
date is achieved.

Implementation
The Implementation process will consist of installation,
training, go live assistance and ongoing support (see below).
We specialize in rapid implementations, based upon our proven
methodology used in over several hundred engagements.

Installation
Installation takes place early on in the process, allowing
your organization to immediately utilize and practice new
skills learned from the training process. It consists of
loading the Dynamics-GP software to your network configuration
and configuring initial system users and company setup information.
|
Training
After our preliminary planning meeting, we prepare a detailed
training plan listing out the locations, dates, times and
attendees of all sessions. Training on Dynamics-GP will
occur over several weeks, consisting of classes both at our
training facility and at your office. Our award-winning and
certified training methodology integrates information gathered
during the business process review phase with specific software
functionality. Training will cover setup of master record
information and will then progress to transaction and report
training. Once live, we will then provide training on month
end processes and executive reporting.

Go-Live Assistance
and Ongoing Support
We provide your organization with go live assistance based
on your comfort level and recommendations made during the
initial business process review. Several methods of ongoing
support are available, including phone, email and remote
dial-in.
